Refund Policy

At Al Bakkah Dates, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring that you have a great shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged or incorrect products received. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened or partially consumed items.

  • Refund Request Process: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos as proof of damage or error.

  • Approval and Refund Processing: Once your refund request is reviewed and approved we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns we do not accept returns for perishable goods such as dates and Zamzam water unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Note: Packages opened by customers or damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Al Bakkah Dates will only provide reshipping for items that were incorrectly shipped or not delivered as per the order details.
